I joined Nanjing-Helsinki Institute in Nanjing University in January 2025. My research focuses on atmospheric chemistry, integrating field observations, laboratory simulations, and chemical box models to study atmospheric reactive halogens and reactive nitrogen oxides. I am particularly interested in the chemical mechanisms and regulatory processes of atmospheric oxidation capacity and air pollution. Prospective Ph.D. and master students are welcome to inquire.

Research Interests

1. Formation mechanisms of atmospheric reactive halogens (e.g., Cl₂, ClNO₂, HOCl, Br₂) and their contributions to atmospheric oxidation capacity.

2. Heterogeneous chemical processes of reactive nitrogen oxides (e.g., N₂O₅, inorganic nitrate, nitrophenols).

3. Development and application of observation-based chemical box models.

4. Applications of machine learning in atmospheric chemistry.
